Dear Friends of Xceptional,

The fall season is often associated with change. That’s exactly what is going on here at
Xceptional, and it is good change. I am extremely pleased to say Xceptional acquired its
first company in June of this year!

For some of you, this is your first installment of Xceptional’s “Letter from the CEO”
series. I hope you will find these quarterly communications to be helpful in strengthening
and growing our relationship as I keep you updated on changes and news around
Xceptional.

Over the last few months Danielle and our Colorado team have been working tirelessly
to integrate our operations, and in a way that is beneficial for all involved, including our
clients. We still have work to do, but we are making great progress. Over the next
several months we will be continuing to provide updates on the status of the integration,
and how it may affect you. We are so excited to broaden the offerings available to our
clients across the board.

I am also pleased to share that Xceptional received the MSP of the Year award from
The Channel Futures. This is an incredible achievement, and I am so very proud of our
team. From engineering, to accounting, to project management, etc, it truly takes a
team effort to provide the Xceptional experience. This award proves that we’re doing
something right, but we’re focused on continual improvement. We will always do our
best to live up to our company name and provide you with an Xceptional experience.

As we head into the season of change, I invite you to think about the ways you can
make a change for good and strive for excellence. Whether you are focused on
improving your IT, or greater personal or organizational changes, we stand in support of
your mission.
