Dear friends and supporters of Xceptional,

I have a number of Xceptional updates to share with you! As we mentioned earlier in the year, we made it onto the MSP 501 list for 2021. I’m excited to announce that in addition to that award, we also won the MSP 501 2021 Newcomer Award. This award is bestowed upon a first-time MSP 501er that is shaking things up. We were up against four other finalists and we were Xceptional enough to be chosen as the winner! A huge thank you goes out to our employees and supporters as this award was a team effort! We would not be Xceptional without our employees and our incredible clients. Your constant feedback and support is what helps drive us to be better every day to serve your needs. 

I’m also pleased to share with you all that Fabien Forrester-Charles has been promoted to Vice President of Service Delivery. Some of you may have interacted with Fabien on your projects and know that he is incredibly engaging, and someone that exemplifies our core values. Fabien is committed to positively impacting client relationships and goes above and beyond to support clients, and improve relationships. I look forward to Fabien leading the service delivery team and continuing to positively impact our clients. Please join me in congratulating Fabien!

I’m also excited to share that Steven Pagan will be joining our team as Director of Project Management and Solution Engineering. Steven is no stranger to Xceptional as he previously worked inside the company eleven years ago. Since leaving Xceptional, Steven has worked for Accelrys and Dassault Systems in a variety of senior engineering, management, and PM roles. Please join me in welcoming back Steven to our team! 

Lastly, I want to take this moment to thank each of our clients, partners, and employees. I value each of you and appreciate the opportunity to continue to grow our relationship. We are hosting a client appreciation mixer on Wednesday, December 8th at Ballast Point in Miramar.
