Letter From the CEO: March 2022

Dear Friends and Supporters of Xceptional,

As we look to a fresh start, I want to share with you a couple of our goals for 2022:

1. Innovate and expand the portfolio
We are committed to staying ahead of technology market trends and continue to keep
our eyes and ears open for any products or services to add to our portfolio that we feel
would be beneficial for our clients. As the IT landscape continues to change, Xceptional
will change with it. With that said, I’m excited to announce that we are officially a Zoom
partner! Which means we can now assist with all the major players in the collaboration
market (Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom). As we all know, security is top of mind,
or should be, for every organization. Additionally, at the end of 2021 we started to
expand upon our security portfolio, and are continuing to grow the security portfolio in

2.Acquisition and Organic Growth
As we shared with you all last year, we are still looking to grow the company via
acquisition in addition to organic growth. In terms of an acquisition update, we are still
continuing to evaluate and look at solid potential acquisition candidates. In terms of an
organic growth update, in the last quarter of the year we added a VP of Service
Delivery, added another service desk engineer, and added a project and operations
admin. So far this year we have added additional personnel to the Accounting
Department and are looking to add more resources to our team throughout this year.
Our expansion plans will not only provide benefits to you, our clients, but help us
achieve our vision of helping companies break down the technology barriers that can
prevent them from being efficient and prevent them from growing.

As you can see, Xceptional is focused on growing and expanding our presence in the
market. We have aggressive double digit growth goals in 2022 that include building
relationships with new clients in new geographies and growing our internal team and
capabilities to more strategically serve existing clients.

Switching gears. As we enter 2022, the entire industry continues to be impacted by
hardware supply chain issues. Xceptional is committed to our client's success and is
doing its best to work with distribution and manufacturing partners to retrieve and deliver
products as quickly as possible. This includes working with clients to find alternative
brands or hardware options that address the unique requirements of your projects. We
strongly encourage clients to place hardware orders as soon as possible as most lead
times are three to four months. Xceptional and our partners greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

I am looking forward to this new year and can’t wait to see our company grow, mature,
and flourish. I wish the same for your and your companies!
