Dear Friends of Xceptional,

August is a big month for Xceptional. I founded Xceptional in August of 2007, and it is truly amazing to realize our company is now celebrating its 16th birthday. It feels like just yesterday when I took the first steps in this remarkable venture.

Over the course of these past 16 years, Xceptional has undergone three transformative phases. We began as Xceptional Networks, in version1.0 as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), focusing primarily on enterprise networking and unified communications, mostly from Cisco Systems. Xceptional version 2.0 transitioned our core focus to Managed Services, and we dropped “Networks” from our company name to bring you the Xceptional you know today. Now, Xceptional version 3.0 is a transition to a growing and expanding company, providing our clients with cutting edge solutions in expanding geographic territory.

With each of those evolutions have come great challenges, but also great successes. This company has weathered multiple major macroeconomic challenges such as recession, the unchartered waters of a pandemic, and confronted the usual market challenges and hurdles that come with being in business. Xceptional has emerged stronger from each of these trials. 

As I look ahead, I am filled with optimism and anticipation. The future of Xceptional has never been brighter and I look forward to it. 

Even after 16 years, my passion for the work we do at Xceptional continues to grow. I enjoy working here today even more than I did when I started the company! This enthusiasm is a direct result of the dedication of our team and the relationships we have built with our clients over the years. Thank you to our team members and to all the clients we have helped over the years. Whether you are a client who has been with us since the beginning or a client that has joined us more recently, I extend a heartfelt thank you!
